Securities listing on the Tbilisi Stock Exchange gives companies the opportunity to raise capital from a broad investor base and increase their visibility in the market.

Core listing requirements

To be listed on the exchange, a company must meet capitalisation, financial transparency, and corporate governance requirements. Listing is available in two segments — standard and premium.

Steps in the listing process

The listing process on the exchange
  1. Prepare the application package and submit it to the exchange
  2. Exchange analysts review the submitted documentation
  3. Interview with the issuer committee
  4. Approval by the supervisory board
  5. Publication of the prospectus and commencement of trading

"Listing is not merely a financial instrument — it is a mark of a company's trustworthiness, transparency, and openness to the market."

Required documentation

The application package must include audited financial statements for the past three years, a detailed description of the governance structure, and an issuance prospectus. All documents must be submitted in Georgian and comply with the exchange's internal regulations.

After listing, the issuer is obliged to publish quarterly reports regularly, disclose any governance changes, and fulfil disclosure obligations in full.
