Corporate governance and disclosure
27 May 2025
Corporate governance is one of the foundational pillars of a healthy capital market. Sound governance at an issuer not only builds investor confidence but also grows the company's long-term value.
Companies listed on the Tbilisi Stock Exchange are required to timely and fully disclose all information that may influence the price of securities or an investor's decision.
"Transparency is not a burden — it is the foundation of market trust on which every successful company stands."
In accordance with the requirements of the National Bank of Georgia and the National Securities Commission, companies listed on the exchange must comply with the Corporate Governance Code. This code covers equal treatment of shareholders, management of conflicts of interest, and accountability to the exchange.
